This website, officialfullcircleent.com, is operated by Official Full Circle Ent ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as MR. OFFICIAL. By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase or enroll in our SMS program. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

Many of our products are made to order after you place your order. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but screen displays vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Bundles

Outfit bundles are sold as a single product at a single price. The size you select applies to every applicable item in the bundle. Where a bundle shows a savings amount, it is calculated against the combined current prices of the individual items on our site.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

Made-to-order items ship once production is complete. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. SMS Messaging Program

Official Full Circle Ent offers an optional SMS program with order updates, exclusive offers, and new product launches.

  • How to opt in: By checking the SMS consent box on our Contact page and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Official Full Circle Ent. The consent box is never pre-checked.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per month).
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opting out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for customer support, or email us at support@officialfullcircleent.com.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to join our SMS program to buy from us.
  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Intellectual Property
