Shipping Policy

Made to Order

Most MR. OFFICIAL pieces are produced to order after you purchase. Your order enters production once payment is confirmed and ships as soon as production is complete. Orders containing several items, including outfit bundles, may ship in more than one package.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email when you place your order. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, email us at support@officialfullcircleent.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will work with you to make it right.
